Joy Lewis
Hi, my name is Joy Lewis. I am excited to write these words: I am a mikvah guide! I am passionate about the mikvah, the history, the ritual, the law, and the reasons why an immersion is not only a good idea, rather a one-on-one, with the direct Source. When I take time to remove the layers of the outer world and transition into the sacred space that the mikvah provides, something internal happens. There is a potential inner shift of being which occurs. However, at the core, my experience has been peace. Peace from Source. And that’s my desire to bring into the mikvah for anyone who chooses to immerse.

Lynne Wasserman
Hi, I’m Lynne Wasserman. My first Mikvah immersion was when I was in my late 50’s, and it changed all of my preconceived notions of this ancient tradition. My training as a mikvah guide was received from Mayyim Hayyim, which opened my mind to all of the traditional and not-so-traditional reasons people immerse. The immersion experience at our community Mikvah is warm and welcoming, and my job as a guide is to help you get from the experience what you need at that moment.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
